Despatch
Our Policy is to dispatch confirmed orders the same day if ordered before 12
noon, subject to stock availability. If you need the items more urgently, please
select First Class upgrade or Special Delivery (Special Delivery is not guaranteed
for Saturday as this is NOT a working day) at checkout. The prices will be confirmed
before we debit your card. Payment is debited from your card when your order
is placed with Pedley Baby. You will be contacted by email after you have placed
your order.
Shipping Destination
Currently we ship to all UK destinations. Shipping will only be made to the
card holders billing address unless special arrangements are agreed prior to
despatch of your order.
Special Delivery
Use Special Delivery™ Next Day and we’ll guarantee delivery by
1.00pm of the next working day to 99%* of the country, including Northern Ireland,
Jersey and Guernsey. Some places take longer to deliver to, but we still guarantee
delivery within three working days by 5.30 pm.
International Delivery
Want to order from overseas? We ship worldwide. Please view our shipping tariffs
below.

rates are calculated automatically by destination country. You can then pay
securely online and we will despatch your order.
Please note : We strongly advise that international customers choose
the trackable 'Signed For' shipping method. When orders go astray, we cannot
claim for non tracked items and will not be able to replace the items.

Pedley Baby sends out all standard UK orders via Royal Mail, standard 2nd class
delivery, unless an upgrade is selected at checkout.

Our 30-day "no quibbles" guarantee
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are
unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition
within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and
shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for
the item. Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they
are faulty. Any chairs returned that are non faulty, are subject to £10
courier charge as this is included in the cost of the item.
Returning items using our 30-day "no quibbles" guarantee is simple.
Please contact Pedley Baby on 0845 466 0179 or by using our Contact
Us facility. You will then receive an e-mail response giving you authorisation
and special instructions on how to return the item. Please quote your order
number and the reason for the return.
Returns will be processed within 7 working days.
Please note. For your protection Pedley Baby recommend that you use a recorded
delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
CUSTOMISABLE CARDS ARE NON RETURNABLE AS THEY ARE A PERSONALISED ITEM
Faulty Items
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item, as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. If this is not possible, or does not solve the problem, please contact us.
Delivery Charges & Other Services
Provided that you have followed our returns procedures as explained above and
if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is
defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in returning
it to us. Parcels returned back to us marked as 'not called for' by Royal Mail
are subject to additional postage costs for resending or refunds may be issued
less original postage costs. Any chairs returned that are non faulty, are subject
to £10 courier charge as this is included in the cost of the item.
