Our Policy is to dispatch confirmed orders the same day if ordered before 12 noon, subject to stock availability. If you need the items more urgently, please select First Class upgrade or Special Delivery at checkout. The prices will be confirmed before we debit your card.

Payment is debited from your card when your order is placed with Pedley Baby. You will be contacted by email after you have placed your order.

Currently we ship to all UK destinations. Shipping will only be made to the card holders billing address unless special arrangements are agreed prior to despatch of your order.

Our 30-day "no quibbles" guarantee

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Returning items using our 30-day "no quibbles" guarantee is simple. Please contact Pedley Baby on 0800 019 3714 or by email at returns@PedleyBaby.co.uk you will then receive an e-mail response giving you authorisation and special instructions on how to return the item. Please quote your order number and the reason for the return.

Please note. For your protection Pedley Baby recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

Faulty Items

You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item, as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. If this is not possible, or does not solve the problem, please contact us.

Delivery Charges & Other Services

Provided that you have followed our returns procedures as explained above and if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in returning it to us.
